Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation (Pagasa Philippines) is the first subsidiary of ASA International. Pagasa Philippines is a financial institution providing microfinance services to low-income Filipinos. It was established in 2007.

Pagasa Philippines is a for-profit non-deposit taking finance company, providing small, socially responsible loans for income-generating purposes to low-income, predominantly female entrepreneurs. They provide these loans using the ASA Model of microfinance.
